What we're looking for

 Reliable team players with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons. Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but motivated applicants eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

  Summer Work Schedule Benefit   


At James A. Martin Company, we believe in rewarding hard work. During the summer months, our crews work four 10-hour days, providing a three-day weekend every week. Employees who want additional hours can take advantage of optional overtime opportunities on Fridays.
